If Some user’s were reporting about a newly assigned project to them but iDub App giving an error message saying that the Project is already expired, We assume that the first thing they’re going to do is to have it reported to us immediately and will definitely mention that there is something wrong within the App itself.
For this kind of issues, First is we should let them know if other users were also experiencing the same fault and if not, The fault may be within the device that they were using themselves.
iDub App prefers to use Gregorian Calendar as its own default date and time format.
Users can check their Calendar settings by following the steps below.
For iPad Users ( iPad Pro 10.5″, iPad Pro 12.9″, iPad Pro 11, iPad Pro 12.9,iPad Air 3rd, iPad Mini 5th, iPad 10.2 7th, iPad Pro 11″, iPad Pro 12.9″, iPad Air 4th, iPad 10.2″ 8th ):
- From a Home screen, navigate: Settings
> Calendar.
- Tap Default Calendar.
- Tap Gregorian. Doing so will change the date format on your iPad to show the Gregorian calendar’s 365-day, 12 month year.
If Gregorian calendar was already used and problem still persists, ask the Support Team for Help.
