Once Users were able to login and access iDub App on their devices, it doesn’t mean that they already have full admin access of the Application itself.
Some users were reporting that they can login to iDub but unable to create new Projects if they want to.
For this kind of issue, They may be able to login but does not have any Roles assigned to their account. They should contact their Team Leader or anyone with the appropriate Authority to assigned roles and ask assistance on how they can access the full system of the iDub App.
Any role can be assigned to the Requestor excluding the Manual Editor and Editor Role for them to create new Projects on the App.
If Roles were already assigned and still the issue persists, Please seek assistance to the Support Team.
